TRAINING SCHEDULE

Each Training Session will consist of a 1 hour Session Plan.  Riders will be allocated to groups, as numbers present and age/ability warrant.

The Training Session will be conducted either by the club's British Cycling Level 2 Club Coach, Mike Hack or by the Practice Facilitators, Will Evans and Lee Phillips.  The coaches will select the Session Plan to be adopted by the group.
