The home side had a massive turn-out in the Junior League match, and won by a
convincing margin. A & T travelled with just four riders, but all four made
tremendous contributions to ensure that A & T finished 3rd on the day, out
of six teams. 16 riders contested the U-13 category, with the A & T
pair of Becky Heslop and John Nuttall taking the top two positions. Becky raced
unbeaten, with John losing only to Becky. In the Senior Combination category,
Mike Hack dropped just one point, with Roy Heslop also scoring well.
