Astley & Tyldesley made it three wins in a row with a comfortable 88 - 58 home win over Edinburgh in Sunday's Northern Alliance League match on Easter Sunday. A & T opened up with a heat win in the first race and were never headed, despite a plucky display by Edinburgh. Finnigan, Szwajorek and Kurkowski all raced unbeaten for A & T, with solid support from the rest. Lee and McDougall both won a race each for Edinburgh, whilst Hewitson had some fast starts but not the best of fortune. Despite being well watered beforehand, the track was surprisingly dry - for the first time this season!
