Astley & Tyldesley hosted the fifth and final round of the Northern Grand Prix series at a sunny Gin Pit on Sunday. Despite heavy rain during much of the preceding week, the track was in superb condition for the event. This is one series that A & T have put low on their priority list, due to other commitments, so no A & T riders were in the overall series winners, although Ben Dickenson took a great win in the Combination Grand Prix Final, beating his more experienced rivals.
