The 6th and final
round of the North West Go-Race Grand Prix series followed, with an
excellent turn out of 23 riders, who provided a splendid afternoon's
racing. A & T's Adam Phillips and Bury's Ryan Livesey ran out as joint
winners of the round, both winning all their four races each to score 16
points, with Reece Pollitt finishing 3rd on 15 points.
Series leader Max Evans scored 13 points on the day, which was
sufficient for him to secure overall victory, after scoring 73 points.
Adam Phillips' score of 16 moved him onto 69 points and 2nd place
overall, whilst Adam Turnbull's tally of 14 points brought him up to 68
points and 3rd place overall. A total of 48 riders contested the series.
