We had a turn out of 13 riders at the Go-Ride Games event at Gin Pit on
Tuesday evening. The riders enjoyed a 2 hours session, with a mix of
team and individual races, including a 10 lap race and finished off with
a Devil Take The Hindmost.
British Cycling's North West Regional Manager Alex Scoular made a
surprise visit, with the local youngsters receiving an assortment of
goodies, including tee shirts, drinks bottles, wrist bands and medals
for the top three in each Devil Take The Hindmost race.
Certificates will be completed and handed out next week to participants.
Reece Pollitt won the older riders' Devil, whilst Jasmin Waterworth won
the younger riders' Devil.
