Just four A&T riders turned out for Round 1 of this series, on a
temporary grass track at the back of St. Stephens Church in Astley. Ben
Dickinson was the winner, ahead of Max Evans, Ciaran Collins and Reece
Pollitt.
Although the numbers of our actual competitors was low, the afternoon
was a success with plenty of youngsters having a go at cycle speedway on
the temporary grass track we marked out as part of the Astley Scouts &
Guides Open Day.
