Astley & Tyldesley made their return to the Northern Fours League after a few years absence, along with competing in the Northern Junior League. A good solid performance in the Fours League match saw A&T take 4th place out of six teams. Paul Graham won his opening ride, but was harshly excluded in heat 21 after tangling with Goshen's Will Owens. Reece Pollitt top scored for Team Green. Astley & Tyldesley took the overall win in Round 1 of the Northern Junior League match, made up of aggregating the scores from six categories. Ron Makin led the way, scoring a 16 points maximum in the Combination category. There were excellent scores from Reece Pollitt, Max Evans and Ciaran Collins, who all scored 14 points each and from Matthew Snell, scorer of 12 points.
