Astley & Tyldesley had two youngsters who excelled in the 4th and final National Round of the British Youth & Junior League series at Wednesfield on Saturday. Reece Pollitt finished 2nd in the u-17 Grand Prix 'A' Final, after scoring 14 in the qualifiers. This was sufficient for Reece to secure overall 3rd place in the series, putting him on the podium for the 2nd year running. 8 years old John White won the u-10 Grand Prix 'B' Final, after scoring 13 in the qualifiers, to finish 5th in the overall series. |
