John White and Emily Burgess teamed up for a 7-3 heat win over Laura Watson and Niamh Morton, in heat 4, to put A&T 6 points ahead. Three more heat wins in the middle of the match saw A&T take an unassailable 47-33 lead after heat 8. Two heat wins followed late
on, for Team Green to run out convincing 70-50 winners. Matt Snell maintained his recent run of excellent form, reeling off four wins after losing to Kielan Burton in heat 3. John White was unbeaten in his three races as a reserve, with solid performances from the rest of the team, as all 8 riders were utilised. Burton was best for Sheffield, beaten only by Mark Grantham, Snell and White.
