Bury staged North Regional Round 3 of the British Youth & Junior League and Little League series on Saturday. 24 riders from four clubs lined up for the afternoon's racing in warm conditions on a grippy track, after the pre-match rain had ceased, Sheffield won the Little League match, for u-8 and u-10 riders, with Bury pipping Astley & Tyldesley for 2nd place, after Oscar Belt fell whilst in second place in the last u-10 race. Bury's Bobby Dunphy again raced unbeaten in the u-8 heats and went on to win the u-8 GP 'A' Final. Likewise, A&T's Frank White again raced unbeaten in the u-10 heats and won the u-10 GP 'A' Final. Astley & Tyldesley took victory in the British Youth & Junior League match, for the older riders, by a single point from Sheffield. Sheffield's Lacey Ackroyd top scored in the u-12 heats, but Hull's Noah Lyon made amends for a gate exclusion in heat 2 by winning the u-12 GP Final. A&T's Duncan Whalley top scored in the u-14 heats and went on to win the u-14 GP 'A' Final. Sheffield's Kielan Burton raced unbeaten in the combined u-16/ u-18 match. He won the u-18 GP Final, with A&T's Charlie Burgess winning the u-16 GP Final.
