Sun 6th August Northern Fours and Junior League
Round 5

Bury staged Round 5 of the Northern Fours & Junior League series on Sunday. The forecast rain held off until the second part of the Junior League match, featuring the older categories. There was an improved turn out of riders from the previous round.

Bury took their fifth win of the the Fours League series, to clinch the title. Reece Pollitt again raced unbeaten, with solid support from the rest. Hull's Lewis Foxley completed his maximum score when he passed the previously unbeaten Kris Ramsden on the last lap of heat 23, with the unfortunate Bury rider put to the back.
