Many congratulations go to A & T Club Chairman Bill Phillips, who received a Special Volunteer Award at British Cycling's Annual Awards Dinne  r
in Birmingham on Saturday night. This award is richly deserved, as Bill has been
a hard working A & T Committee member since 1995, including 9 years as Chairman.Before that, Bill had put in another 10 years service as a hard working Committee member for both the Stockport and Garstang clubs, as well as serving on the old Manchester League Committee.
