Vic Haines at Gin Pit

Former England international Vic Haines will be making the long trip from his Suffolk home, to take this special coaching day, exclusive to Astley & Tyldesley club riders.

Owner and managing director of a national company employing over 250 people, Vic is well connected in the cycling world. He managed Olympic cyclists Sean Yates and Matthew Illingworth and counts former World Road Racing Champion Francisco Moser as one of his closest friends. Vic also managed World One Hour Record holder Graeme Obree.

A superb cyclist in his own right, with 12 British National Records, 2 Worlds Fastest Times 10 Miles in 17 minutes and 9 British National Championship wins, Vic now competes in Masters events as a professional for the Jewson racing team.
