Many congratulations go to our own Janine Paine on winning the Gt. Manchester Sports Volunteer of the Year Award! It's a richly deserved award for Janine, who is a tireless and dedicated official for the Astley & Tyldesley club. The awards night took place at The Point, Old Trafford Cricket Ground, Manchester, with more than 600 people present, who enjoyed a great night's celebration of sports personnel.

Janine was interviewed live on BBC Radio Manchester, immediately after winning her award.
