Congratulations go to A&Ts Mike Hack on winning the Referee of the Year award for the 3rd time.

Mike was presented with the Dave Blinston Cup by British Cycling's Cycle Sport Education Manager, Neil Atkinson, at the Commissaires Conference at Manchester Velodrome.
