A & T also had riders missing for the 4th and final Midlands/North Regional Round of the British Youth & Junior League at Hull on Saturday, and this was reflected in a disappointing 5th place finish on the day. Despite this, A & T just managed to hang on to 2nd place (out of 11 teams) in the final table. Sandwell won the regional league by a large margin and qualify as a team for the National Rounds. Individually, Becky Heslop was in great form to race unbeaten in the U-14 category, and she then went on to win her fourth successive Grand Prix Final, to retain her lead in the series and qualify as an individual for the National Rounds. Dylan Radcliffe took another 2nd place in the U-10 Grand Prix Final and also qualifies as an individual for the National Rounds.
