Bury hosted the 2nd round of the Manchester League Grand Prix series on a wet Wednesday evening. The track cut up on the corners, but the track was raceable in the wet conditions. Darek Kurkowski was in tremendous form, racing to an excellent 16 points maximum, including two fine passes. A & T had former Polish Junior International Dawid Wlodarczyk making his debut, and he turned in an excellent performance, to score 13 points, and head home British No.4 Terry Norman in his opening race, despite being on a borrowed bike. Tomasz Wlodarczyk's score was down due to a machine failure when well placed in his second ride, whilst Mike Hack's score was down due to age. A & T took a convincing win against depleted opposition.
