Round 3 of the Manchester League Grand Prix series took place at Bury on a warm, sunny Wednesday evening. There was a low turn out of riders, as Astley & Tyldesley took their third win of the series in Division 2, but Stockport inflicted A&T's first defeat in the Division 1 match to open up that series. A&T's Duncan Whalley raced to a 16 points maximum in the u-10s category, with team mate Aiden Green losing only to Duncan in heat 1. In the u-13s match, Bury's Harry Radford raced to a 16 points maximum score. Stockport's Michael Preston top scored with 15 points in the u-16s event, beaten only by A&T's Max Evans in heat 4. No u-19 riders competed.
