A&T's youngsters took the team win in Saturday's British Youth & Junior League Regional Round 3 match at Hull. Frank White, Duncan Whalley and John White all raced unbeaten in the u-12, u-14 and u-18 classes respectively. All three riders then went on to win their Grand Prix Finals. U-14: Duncan Whalley (A&T) 16, Tom Dunphy (Bury) 13, Oliver Fox-Wingfield (A&T) 10, Seth Thompson (Hull) 5. U-18: John White (A&T) 16, Kielan Burton (Sheffield) 12, Sam Stansfield (Sheffield) 8. Girls: Kacey Bennett (Hull) 16. U-12 GP: F. White, Banyard, McLachlan, Cowley. U-14 GP: Whalley, T. Dunphy, Fox-Wingfield, Thompson. U-16 GP: J. White, Stansfield. U-18 GP: Burton. Girls GP: K. Bennett. Josh Pilkington arrived late and subsequently rode in the BYJL match. This left Levi Edwards as A&T's only entrant for the Little League match and his fine 15 points was bettered only by Bury's Bobby Dunphy's score in the u-10 category. This secured third place for Bury, with Hull winning the team event from Sheffield.
