Astley & Tyldesley rounded off the 2024 season with the Club Individual Championships, on a dry, cool afternoon at Gin Pit. 12 riders contested the event, using a ladder format of 12 qualifying heats, followed by five finals, for each category. Steve Harris won the Open Final, to win the A&T Club Championship for the first time. He held off a strong challenge from Frank White, before Frank fell on the last bend whilst attempting an inside pass. This let in Oscar Belt to take second place, with Frank taking third, ahead of Josh Pilkington, who had tailed off at the back. Frank took the win in the u-14 Final, with Josh winning the u-12 Final. Alex Lawless won the u-10 Final and James Jackson took the u-8 Final victory. Congratulations to all our winners!
