Astley & Tyldesley Cycle Speedway Club are delighted to announce that Adam Phillips has returned to the club after spending a season away at Stockport. Adam's transfer has been officially approved by British Cycling and he will line up again for Team Green, in what is likely to be his last season as a cycle speedway rider - at least for the next 20 years or so! Adam is the u-16 England football team captain and regularly plays for Liverpool's u-18 team, so its a fair bet that he will be turning professional with Liverpool within the next 12 months.
